Customer Service
Can I use my Fidelity Card to make purchases on the site?
To use your Fidelity Card you will have to log in to the site using the email you left us when you signed up for the Card.
Then simply add your favourite items to the shopping cart and complete your purchase: your Fidelity Discount will be automatically applied to the total amount.
Please note that the Fidelity Discount will be applied to all products that are not already on promotion.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
All items ordered are available in our warehouse. From the moment we get the order, the items will be packed and delivered to the courier within 24 hours. All orders placed before 12.00 AM ( Monday to Friday ) will be shipped the very same day. If paying by bank transfer, the order will be prepared and shipped exclusively after our bank's notification of the reception of the payment.

Return and exchanges: all products must be sent within 14 days from delivery.
Failed delivery or stock

What to do if you receive an already opened or damaged package?
If you can not verify the integrity and correspondence of the package's content, we recommend to accept it by signing conditionally, making sure that the carrier would take note on the transportation document.
Returned items, replacement, withdrawal, complaints

Are all items online also available in your stores and, if so, are there any price variations?
Not all online items are also available in our boutiques and viceversa. Usually there are no differences with the online store prices.

Invoice / delivery note
Manzetti issues regular invoice sent to the customer along with the purchased items.
Are all items' colors exactly as photographed?
The products are photographed so as to match the color of the product as seen. However, as computer monitors vary, we can not guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is perfectly matching the real ones.
How can I check delivery status of my packages?
By the tracking number or the link sent to you by e-mail.
Have you received my returned goods?
Your will receive an e-mail about the confirmation of the arrival of your returned goods at our warehouse and the beginning of the payout procedures. All this will take place after a verification of the integrity of all returned items.
Can I modify my order?
You can’t make any changes to your order once you’ve finalized it. In case of wrong purchase, you can notify the issue to our Staff by writing an e-mail to customerservice@manzetti.net. The procedure will be the same as for the returned goods.
What should I do in case of incomplete order or flawed products?
Write us an email to customerservice@manzetti.net including your order number and the codes of the missing or flawed products. In case of a flawed item, the adopted procedure will be the same as for the returned goods.
Are credit card payments secure?
